Interpretation:
Use this format when adding new hypotheses:
Format: "If we [action] for [ICP segment], then [expected outcome], because [rationale]."
Example: "If we post weekly LinkedIn case studies for B2B SaaS founders, then we'll get 5+ demo requests per month, because founders trust social proof and hang out on LinkedIn."
